I contacted a large number of letting agents in my search of a pet friendly property, and Janet was the only agent who didn't dismiss me outright, taking the time to ascertain my requirements and contacting the landlords of the currently available properties to see if they would consider accepting my two cats. Although I have ended up choosing a property close to my work in Bolton, I just wanted to leave a note to commend Janet for the time and care she took to locate a suitable property for me. As a former letting agent, I know this is sometimes not an easy task, and absolutely appreciate the time and effort she put into this - thank you.

Bought my house through Proctors quite a few years ago, they was very helpful throughout the purchase and made it stress free to say I hadn't been through the buying process for around 20 years so was all new.
