Great team, polite and hard working. I've no idea how they do it for such a reasonable price! Went way above expectations in moving my wife's huge collection of potted (and very wet) garden plants, took great care of my antique and very delicate table which arrived unscathed and were honest to admit any damage - namely one very cheap lamp shade! I have absolutely no reservations about recommending this company.

Seamed professional but sadly wasn't. The best thing about them was that they were polite.I arrived before them & I got the train, now I know why. The young one smelt of alcohol. Besides this, one couldn't use his left hand properly. They damaged loads of my items and reimbursed 150 which I was appreciative of (at that time I didn't know they had broken my television), shame my new telly is setting me back 400 due to their incompetence after breaking my old one along with multiple other items. The also re hung the door they took of incorrectly and now it doesn't close properly and its a fire door. Here are some of the items they damaged...The computer desk top, the drawers, the 7ft unit, the photo, the T.V. , both slate tables which I have now repaired so no photos of that damage or the 7ft unit and the drawers as I have repaired these also. Still have a lot to repair at my cost.Please see evidence in photo's. When I called them to tell them about the telly and the smell of alcohol I was met with a barrage of intimidating abuse and was called a liar and told I was making it all up. This abuse and intimidation scared me which made me shake profusely to the point where I hung up, disgusting and unprofessional service. I only chose these because I was informed by the owner that they hire ex soldiers with PTSD, when I asked one of the workers, he said no he wasn't an ex soldier. They also kept getting my name wrong via text messaging which made me worry as I wanted to pay the 720 bill. Next time I will go with the cheaper quote and will never consider the most expensive to be the best.
Fabulous experience with this company! 4 lads worked together as a team to provide a smooth, worry free experience on what is usually a very stressful day! They made sure they did exactly what I wanted, checking on things as they went along! They were polite and well mannered throughout! They took down my wardrobes and beds and re-assembled without question! In this day and age its not always easy to get a good service at a fair price, but this company certainly provided me with that!! Thank you
