I used to order from here on a regular basis but tonight I made an order for delivery for 4 people. Ordered poppadoms and 4 main meals with naan bread. They didn't bring The poppadoms. I rang and they said they were sorry and would either deliver them in 15-20 mins (as a starter too late) or I could have free poppadoms and chutney etc next time. I said that's ok I'll have the poppadoms in 15 minutes and chuck a bag of chips in and he said, that's fine but it will be 1.50! Hang on, it's your mistake not mine!! Argued with me. I was NEVER gonna get a bag of chips for free. It's not about the chips it's the principle, your mistake and for 1.50 your prepared to lose a good customer when it's your fault.Well, that's the last time I order from Bilash!20 minutes and we still have no poppadoms.And to make matters worse my husband gave a 3.50 tip to the driver!You've lost a good customer.
