Allways great value fresh and tasty... never been dissapointed
Asked us if we wanted a pizza that a customer ordered but never came for. Assumed it was a freebie and we ate it while we waited. Actually turned out they wanted paying and full price too. Too much of a skinful to argue, felt ripped off never going again. Shame really used to quite enjoy their food, but you cant mess around with poor customer service especially in Darwen where there is so much choice. Their loss
ordered a cheese and tom pizza 14inch last night sent me a seafood pizza. i am a vegetarian not a pescetarian so i would never order a seafood. rang them back to see if they would swap or refund it but they wouldnt do either. they refused to believe that they heard wrong. on christmas eve of all days. if this review stops anybody ordering from here i am happy.
