Jason who is the manager of the place hes the best. When there is a band playing in the place when people have had a bit to much to drink he politely says please can leave before people get out of hand
Lovely Sunday breakfast. Exactly the sort of place every town needs.
Visited Artisan a number of months ago and they served excellent, fresh food paired with superb service... However, after a recent visit last week, the food was horrible (thinly sliced, pan fried chewy salmon passed off as smoked salmon), the service was lacking and overall experience was severely disappointing. Even the coffee tasted cheap and nasty. Will not be going there again!
Usually, I cannot fault this place. Just a bad day I expect. Bathroom is ready for a tidy up and although two loos, both seats were broken. Definitely needs a deep clean in the ladies. We had 2 hot chocs each which were tasty but not overly hot? I like my hot drinks to be hot and they most definitely were not. Just feel that the premises have lost their sparkle which is sad as I know how hard Jason has worked this last year.
Nice place, food was great, service was great, went as a bunch of 50+ year olds on a Saturday night, music too loud! The youngsters were having a great time singing along with the act, which was good. No trouble, security on the door.
